Terms and Conditions
We really hope you will love your items but realise that sometimes you may need to return them to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it unused and in original packaging within 14 days for either an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage or packaging charges, unless the items are faulty.
If the items have been damaged in transit, if possible, please take photographs of the damage as this is helpful for us to pursue with carrier company for items that have been damanged during delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. However, if there is a problem or unforseen delay with your order, we will endeavour to communicate this either by telephone or email. Please ensure when ordering that you supply your full postal address.
UK Mainland Delivery Charges
You can view information about our delivery charges by clicking on the dispatch & delivery tab at the bottom of the page.
Smaller orders (up to 2kg) will be sent with Royal Mail, in the shopping cart please select your prefernce of 1st or 2nd class service.
Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent wither with UK Mail Couriers (or Myhermes if you select this option for slightly lower delivery costs). UK Mail collect from us the day after dispatch and aim to deliver to UK addresses the following working day. Please note that you should contact us if you need next day or saturday delivery. MyHermes aim to deliver 2-4 days from when we dispatch your items.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands
Please note that owing to their specific pricing structure for the UK, UKMail couriers charge a surcharge for deliery to certain areas of the UK including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please contact us by email if you are unsure about delivery costs for these locations and we can provide you with an accurate quote for deliery costs. Please note that delivery to these locations may also take a little longer than quoted for general UK postcodes. The costs for all other postage services remains unaffected.
The Courier Services will require a signature on receipt of delivery.
International Orders (Outisde the UK)
We are happy to accept international orders. Up to 2kg orders can be sent with Royal Mail Interntional AirMail Services which takes 3 Working Days to Western Europe, 5 Working Days for Eastern Europe and 5-7 Working Days for the Rest of The World. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent with UPS Courier Services. If you cannot see the option for delivery to your location, please contact us via telephone or email and we can provide an accurate shipping quote for you.
Our preferred payment method is via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you may still pay via credit card securely through the paypal site. If you prefer, we are able to take orders via email or simply over the telephone and we also accept cheques. Our Shopping cart is hosted securely by RomanCart. If you prefer to send us a cheque, we are happy to accept this as a form of payment, please give us a call if you with to pay by cheque.
Pearlescent papers, card and envelopes can vary slightly from batch to batch. We have no control over this manufacturing process but aim to only use the most reliable suppliers.
We do try our best to get the colours and textures accurately represented on the web pages but owing to different viewing conditions such as computer monitors and lighting conditions the images may appear to be sligthly different. If you are aimng to colour match, please contact us and we can either send samples or match up samples that you send to us.
